  • How long does it take to make a new website?

    The time to create a website depends on how big the website is and how long it takes for me to have all the information I need to create the website.  I have created websites in two weeks and sometimes it takes a few months.  The quicker you get the requested information to me, the quicker the website evolves!

  • How much does a new website cost?

    A standard website is $1,800 with flexible payment options and the ability to add extra pages.  More Pricing Details

  • Do I have to pay for my new website up front?

    No, a new website is paid in instalments.  Once we have agreed to work together and have a plan, I will send you a final quote, an agreement to sign and an invoice for a non-refundable deposit of $500.  The balance due will be divided into two equal payments: a mid-payment and a final payment.  We can always discuss alternative payment plans if needed. 

  • Do you have a discount for not-for-profits?

    Yes, if you are with a not-for-profit or other community group, there is a 10% discount on website builds and hourly rate work.

  • Can I add extra pages to my website?

    Yes, additional pages can be added at any time, and in some cases, they’re even necessary to properly showcase your business. I offer discounted extra page packages to make expanding your site simple and affordable. Package Pricing

  • Do you create Wordpress websites?

    No, I don't work in Wordpress as it is very difficult for clients to manage themselves and has very specific needs for website management and security.

  • Do you create websites with other platforms such as Wix, Weebly, Square, etc?

    No, I have experimented with many other website builders and they are too limited in the customisation options.

  • Can you help with custom email such as info@mybusinessname.com?

    Yes, I can help set that up for you. I recommend Proton Mail for secure email hosting.  Custom email can also be set up with a Google Workspace account, and Icloud+ account or with Microsoft for instance. Please be aware that all custom email will come with a monthly subscription - it's not expensive but there is no free custom email.

  • Do you do social media for people?

    Yes, and no...

    I create graphics for people to use on their social media and can work with you on your social media but this is not my area of expertise.
